Looks lovely! 
They planned to have a small recording studio in basement, hope that still went ahead.
Sad that it closed as a full on studio, but what it's become is something for the community helped along by the community. That's better than the fate of Wessex Studios which became a block of flats.
When I visited Olympic a few years back the people in near by cafe and walking about where real nice and friendly.
