Even better, anyone have a short list of Mick's favorite books or ones he's read that found some aspect into Stones songs?

I rented Delicatessen just because Mick said he liked it, and I liked it, too. It was directed by the director of Amelie, with the same quirky approach.

Not Werner Herzog's brilliant Fitzcaraldo, that's for sure.

Bulgavov's The Master and Margarita in Sympathy.

Mick said he saw JAZZ ON A SUMMER'S DAY multiple times just for the Chuck Berry bit.

The film roles that he has done and the movies he has produced don't give the impression that European art movies is his cup of tea. Maybe with his role in Herzog's Fitzcarraldo as an exception although his part was dropped.

Interesting...I never thought about it and can only recall specualation on Mick's eating habits though surely someone knows something.

Only think I could say is I remember someone claiming they spoted Mick and L'wren at Craft Steak inside the MGM the weekend of the Vegas show but I imagine red meat is not a regular thing for him.

Maybe it was not such a good idea to celebrate with Micks favourite food. Seems kind of boring. What does Mick do when he celebrates, anyway?

How about favorite drink, Infamy? Cherry red soda, of course!

I`m going for grilled salmon with avocado. Starting with a vodka drink with ginger(healthy, Jagger style). Looking forward to Keith`s birthday in December. That menu`s easy!

Mick seems to be a fan of seafood. During one tour in the 1990s (Bridges) while in Boston, Mick stopped in at one of the ritzy restaurants on Newbury Street and ordered a calamari meal for lunch.

If you're going to celebrate Mick's birthday with seafood, you may as well make it fancy--and if you're going for salmon also, make it smoked salmon for appetizers. In fact, you can get a smoked salmon/cream cheese blend as a dip for crackers.

I Wonder If we'll ever know what Micks favourite food is? I've just read "Mick Jagger" by Philip Norman. Over 600 pages, and I still don't have a clue.. Wifes gone to bed. Me? Having a brandy and watching Crossfire hurricane.
