Fat chance. If you track down this piece of "news", you ought to land at 1st of April. Still, its an interesting case. Can´t see the connection with the tour.
No, European. Please explain to me (and a few more) how the American justice system is constructed, if a 36 y o case can be reopen on this responsibility question. The tour management´s gotta be more responsible. I asked Ron Schneider on this, and he said he was strongly against it, the Hells Angels thing. One gotta say Mick & the others have suffered enough for this: There are many other cases, much more recent when spectators have been killed because of lack of wise decisions. In my wildest imagination I cant see how the group can be hold responsible for this. If trial, gotta be the first one when the jury can look at a dvd-outtake about the case... We´ll see about it. Still, I cant see how it would postpone the tour; except possibly Keefster none of the guys is dangerous for the general public.
This case has already been tried - the Hell's Angel in question was acquitted due to the fact that the guy that was murdered had a gun - self defense was the result... and if the Stones paid his Mother $10 grand back then, she can't go back for a 2nd try at getting more money - MLC
If its been 36 years (15 years before i was born) don't you think that peoples memories of the evet have faded or become biased? It wouldn't really be fair to reopen this case as I doubt Keith remebers 36 hours ago let alone years. haha
