How did it happen actually that Mick is not present during Keith's set?
Did Keith insist on this or was it mutual, with Mick being able to take a breather midway through the show?

I believe a new contract will have to be drawn up, and if Mick demands a larger guarantee from promoters for sharing the spotlight with Keith, then this could affect ticket prices--there might be a Sir-charge.
