Missed the June 6 1975 show in KC but having turned 10 the day before, I was a bit partied out.

Yes, coming back to Pensacola from West Palm Beach the day of the second Stones' show in Orlando in 1981 - we drove right by the stadium filled to capacity. We were there for the first show, but my buddy had to get back to work - we had to skip the second one. To see that stadium filled - oh man, I wanted to dump him on the side of the road. Ah for the days of $21 tickets and filled to capacity stadiums.

Yeah, at the Horseshoe Tavern. I gave up because it was such a clusterf**k out front, but if I had hung on another 15 minutes.....

Now let's never speak of this again.

Twice in '89, got invited by a friend who had backstage passes and everything. I didn't think to call in sick at work. Dumb move.

Still bummed. I had a ticket for Madison Square Garden (very close to my home) in 1981 and gave it away when I came down with the flu. Wish I'd gone anyway. It was reported to be a really great show, especially compared to the Philadelphia opening train wreck that I did attend, lol.

Not a Stones show, but I had two tickets for a Clapton outdoor gig about 20 miles from where we live and it was on a Sunday evening in the summer. During the afternoon we had a leisurely walk with the dog got home and had a few spliffs in readiness and then promptly both nodded off. Woke up at exactly ten minutes after the start of the gig (accounting for support acts) and feeling still well stoned and the journey ahead of an hour by car...rolled another joint and thought @#$%& it! Still have both tickets unused!

Couldn't get a descent ticket at Shea for a steel wheels. Met some girlies instead and tail gated in the parking lot and listened. Clapton played Little Red Rooster, I still count this as a show, I got in the next night..

Bangkok 2003

I showed up at the venue as they were clearing away the signs etc...

Late cancellation due to Keith/Mick feud the day before in India

Bogus excuse about a minor plane bump-up on the runway.

Mick showed up anyway for a tourist adventure and an Angelie Jolie romp.

Their last concert with Brian was in my hometown, Athens, Greece, April 1967. Unfortunately I was only 3 years old...

I thought the base player for Motley Crue had the best one. They backed up Stones in Seattle last tour and he spoke about an earlier tour he had a ticket for and was selling pot outside the arena, got busted, missed the show....and as he put it, what a change now standing on stage backing them up, with a pocket full of joints.

Sydney 2003. Attended Enmore theatre show. Had tickets available to me for Superdome show 2 nts later, but opted to fly home the night before instead as Enmore experience was that awesome. BUT I sort of regret that decision nowadays.

Missed the 3nd show of the Urban Jungle tour in Rotterdam. After attending the 2nd show I decided I wanted to go again. No scalpers though on day 3. So I walked back to the car with Start Me Up blasting through the Kuip only to find parking ticket under the wiper.
