I hate to the bearer of bad news but, I just talked to the manager of the Staples Center Box Office. They are enforcing a two ticket limit per household. I would imagine the other locations will be as well. Even if you don't receive a cancellation from Ticketmaster, this doesn't bode well at all for those with multiple pairs.

Staples Center tickets were sold through axs.com, and had a posted limit of two.

We all four will have ARIZONA Drivers License's, not sure if that will be enough but I'm praying it will be fine, getting them to sign up for two $85's is an idea but a major hassle.
Anxious to hear about Friday's opener proceedings....NWSooner
I reckon you're gonna be fine.
It has been at the best ,dubious from the start of this AEG fiasco, with the 2 tix or 8 tix thing.
They are not going to turn away paid ticketholders, and having empty seats instead.

I got confirmation from TM in an email already, but wanted to confirm.
I just spoke with someone at the United Center in Chicago.
I told him I have two pairs of the $85 tickets from the day they went on sale. The guy said, as long as you have the tickets, you'll get in.

You'd have to get them at the box office I figured that the Staples Center might know more since it's two days away. Chances are they have it together at this point (or as much as they can prior to the show). I hope you're right though, as I have multiple pairs for Chicago.

You're right about that...of course, when I tried to ask if they would let me have the tickets at will-call, he was ready to hang up.
I'm hoping it works out for the Staples Center folks so I can relax a little.

United Center Guest Relations office advises they'll have a dedicated area and/or ticket windows specifically for the $85 tickets.
FWIW, their information is a strict two ticket per household limit - purchaser and guest.

I just hope in the end everyone realizes that these are perhaps the best problems anyone can ever have. Stones concert ticket issues are the best kind of issues.
Not to belittle the concerns, but these are good concerns..... better for instance, than being concered about murder, death and taxes.

On RS.com where it describes the $85 ticket policy it has no reference whatsoever about limits.
On the ticketmaster $85 dollar page it has (click ? for important restrictions). When you do, a little instruction box pops up, that says tickets will be sold only in pairs. No limits listed,Nothing about Households so I bought two pairs.
Also on the bottom of the $85 page Clearly visible it states that:
There is an (8) ticket limit for the general public onsale
Myself and everbody else who bought these tickets were during the General Public onsale. I also bought a pair of 250's for back up which makes a total of 6 bought during the General on public sale well under the stated 8 limit.
Are there any Civil Attorneys posting on IORR? Maybe they can clearify this issue.

Why on earth would anybody pay full price at this point?

...that's the point, no one will.
We shouldn't get too excited about being in the building for half price? I don't care if it's nosebleeds. I don't care if I'm sitting and watching other people dancing and watching a concert down below. Whatever. I'm there for half the price. I'll take it!Quote

I wouldn't get too excited about the $85 tickets. An almighty deluge will go on sale to "paper over" the glaring gaps in the 300 section. That's where empty seats are the most noticeable to those in the stands and on the floor looking around.

It makes sense, seems like the easiest way to do it. It's strange an "arena manager" would call some tickets "nose bleeds" though!

No I actually got an email from ticketmaster about this issue. See below:
