Is not Dainty Group the current 2013> tour promoter?

Seems that if it is, that might go a long way to explaining the long start up planning. While Paul Dainty may be one of the biggest, I'm going to speculate that he hasn't done one as large and as aggressive as the last [real] Stones tour 2005-2007.
Branson announced that it was his/their intention, to use the Stones bookings (just the 4-5 shows?) or the 50th Anniversary run, plus the coming tour(s) to launch VirginLive to "go global" and compete with LiveNation and AEG.
Branson said that getting those first few shows was like a US Navy SEAL Operation. How so? Would love to hear about that.
Clearly is has to do with acing out the others. Would it be such a big deal if it were only the stunted 50th Anniversary tour? I think not.
Certainly would go a long way toward explaining the rumored, rumblings of Australian shows.
