Rain. First for eight long dry weeks: a gentle tiptoeing pitter patter like the opening of Gimme Shelter. I hope the storm is threatening - we need one.

Golf ball sized hail. Power out for more than 20 hours. Wine is still cold though.

Heatwave for a week now

Heat goes on. Around 30 C, or more, every day. Suffocating. And over 20 C at nights. Which are very short here in the summer. Seems like the body has adopted to it.
It can't go on like this though. There will be horrible consequences if it does. (I'm living within a short distance to the Polar Circle.)
