You should check out your "snowy mountains" i.e. Mount Kosciuszko. I am told it is possible to drive by car through the top. I had plans for exploring it during the tour in 2014, but then things got too busy. Well we have enough snow here anyway, I was more interested in the summit, after all it is one of the seven summits.

It literally snowed in Malibu yesterday and other parts of L.A. and SoCal - snow level was below 1500 ft. but Malibu is sea level, so...
From my perspective in Ventura just north of L.A. (where we had sleet) and looking south I can see snow on top of the Santa Monica mountains!
As for today, bright and sunny w/cool temps....

Bjornulf,glad you have time for your ribs to heal before the Tour starts. That is a ton of snow. My husband is from Alberta, Canada and he has seen his fare share of snow and frigid weather. Heading back to Vegas with my wife on Friday for an extended trip of business and pleasure.

Actually Gaslight … I do those waterfront
shots for a guy called Wayne and his wife Sri...
He use to work the other side of the bay and it was
a real honour for him to see those bay shots but come
to think of it I haven't heard from them for a little while …

Three months ago the sun was up six hours where I live close to Oslo Norway. Today the sun is up 12.5 hours, and midsummer it will be up 19 hours. Too bad I wil not be at home for St Hans i.e. midsummer but that is life on tour.
