Watched for free in Brazil. We have cable tv and the show was on a channel called BIS Multishow. Actually the cable package is pricey so the show wasn't entirely free, but there was no extra charge to watch it. It ran from 00:00 till 03:00.

Me. Shelled out $45 for the full HD experience. Had a bunch of friends over - because there ain't no party like a Stones party - and they all brought beer, wine, booze, and other imbibables.

Everybody had a great time and ultimately it was cheaper for all of us than a night out at the bars.

I watched it as a guest at a friend's house, so I didn't really pay. It was a hell of alot better than Ceasefire Hurricane. peace

ROLLING HANSIE I have been using Debut video software for years and have found that it has captured any and all streaming video that I have tried it on. It is from a company called NCH that offerds many useful tools and there is a free trial period that is decent. The program is really easy to understand and use. It certainly works better for instance for instnace than skype as marketed to record streaming video, records netflix, yahoo , all messenger, skype, anything that shows up on your computer screen or speakers. You can lear more at [www.nchsoftware.com]

So did that work? Tried "Replay Media Catcher 4" as suggested elsewhere but it only downloads small chunks of the Yahoo PPV Feed.

Well, as mentioned in another thread (which I cannot find anymore) I was able to download it with VLC player. But still no way to burn it to DVD

Bought 4 botles of wine, paid for 3. So I had extra 5$ and used them for PPV. Actually, wine I had in front of computer cost me more winking smiley

Try a HD-Video to DVD converter software (more to find with Google).

By the way, the Thread has been deleted .....

Funny enough there was no hangover!

But that wine provide a perfect anaesthesia. I almost did not felt any pain during Gimme Shelter. That black-and-white-stripped-blond-yokoono preformance was kind of intense.

I paid - and it was a great show. I would have loved to be there - but alas - life is like that.

She was bouncing around so much I thought one of her breasts were going to pop out and slap her in the head.

Yes, and I suddenly realise now that it probably was because we were discussing how to burn an official release to a possibly illegal DVD. Bjornulf is very strict in stuff like that. I just didn't realise when we were discussing this.

I'll have a guess at less than 100k, but maybe around 50

50K or 50?

I saw the show and still bought the PPV. Relive those memories!

Did someone say there will be an official DVD release of one of these shows? Or is that wishful thinking on my part.

I paid and they say you can watch it for the next 30 days repeat but I can't figure out how to get it back on or record it.

My first thought when I saw the $39.99 price tag for the PPV was that it's too much. Then I came to my senses and said to myself, "It's the Stones, man."
More than I pad for my first live Stones show in 1978, but hey, it's only money. And well worth it.
