I found this on an Italian guitar site: could be useful if you want to replace the pu on your fender and you don't know what to choose.
It does not matter if you don't understand Italian. The guy who posted the article made a comparison between the main pu available for a stratocaster JASON LOLLAR, HARMONIC DESIGN, KINMAN, FENDER, JOE BARDEN, TOM ANDERSON, and recorded a short demo of each of them in the different positions.
posizione 5 = neck
posizione 4 = neck + central
posizione 3 = central
posizione 2 = central + bridge
posizione 1 = bridge
