I got a text and email today from the company who are distributing the tickets for Ticketmaster in the UK to say my ticket has been dispatched and will be with me within the next 5 working days.`

Just regarding tickets. I do not think that E-tickets will be available for that concert, only printed ones.

Well as long as the tickets are not dispatched he can't give them to you. That is for sure. And so far I have not heard from anybody that the tickets are dispatched.Quote

5 working days from dispatch to delivery WTF ! I thought TM where using Royal Mail special delivery ? That's usually next day .

TM are using DX Secure to mail the tickets in the UK. I got a text message proposing a delivery slot, then an email from DX confirming it.
