The Burritos released Wild Horses back in 1969. There is rumoured that the Stones played it live for the first time in 1971, but that's not properly confirmed.
I dunno if the Stones played Silver Train on the 1973 european tour before it was released and after Winter's version was released, though - could be, if that's what you're asking...
However, the Stones have played a Johnny Winter-song live before he released it (Hyde Park)
