Somebody always asks. Then the speculation begins as to what it will be. Everyone is always and nothing is released until they damn well feel like it.

London, November, 2012 would be an interesting release.

Thanks. Not sure why the watch is included, though.

I'd happily purchase a vinyl LP of the archival releases - the 3-LP Brussels is especially appealing, but not as part of a trashy, overpriced boxset filled with trinkets and pieces of crap.

I vote for Paradiso club shows 1995 or El Mocambo. And I wish they would come out on CD!!!

And don't forget the great vid. It's one that could benefit a lot from a clearer picture and better sound.

That was posted...what...3 months ago! The 4th one was Tokyo anyway....but that thumbnail is an official cover for the 2005 show. Too bad it's not the 1977 Toronto club show...

The archive boots and the soundtrack to Ladies and Gentlemen should be released on vinyl, just as the Some Girls: Live in Texas and Checkerboard Lounge sets will be this week.

Do think its time for a Voodoo Lounge release ,

and hopefully the Brixton Academy London 1995 Club Gig,

Know its been professionally recorded so the quality and performance shouldnot be a problem

I think it's time for one of the most famous bootleg of all time to be released officially in it's entirely: Welcome To New York
Very wierd if they leave out that one. Of course Live'r Than You'll Ever Be is even more famous - but the 69 tour is pretty good covered allready with GYYYO and Gimme SHelter

However, Leeds 1971 is just as likely for them to release as New York 1972. But a LOT more boring

I think the problem with releasing 72-stuff is that they already released L&G and the Brussels Affair - the latter is not from 72, but very similar in sound and setlist (apart from a few GHS-tunes).

Leeds may be too sloppy (and tin-sounding) to deserve a release - the same with Marquee, imo.

Seemingly, we're getting Brian-era material together with the Charlie Is My Darling-release. If they're not releasing El Mocambo I think the time has come for Paradisio/Brixton 95 now.

Right! Welcome to NY would be a great release - if they have it complete and in real good condition . .

That is also likely, since those club shows of 1995 were really different, setlistwise, from Tokyo 1990, which they've just released....unlike most other shows of 1989-1999

Maybe it will be the 2007 Deutsche Bank secret concert in Barcelona ?
Was this recorded for posterity? I wonder...

I have Leeds cuts that don't sound tinny. And remember how the boots of Brussels had no bass, until we got the real tapes. I wonder what sort of audio archives Bill has? The trick would be to find some Brian-era concert that was broadcast in stereo in Europe and get that radio station's tapes. I have no desire for any post-Wyman stage material, excepting a DVD of a No Security gig.

Me too. It's actually perfect sounding apart from the fact that it's mono not stereo. Not that it matters that much

Anyway, despite it being great at times, performancewise, it's still a VERY laidback and chilly concert - and I bet all other 1971 shows were better than Leeds. And since we have it in such EX quality allready, it would be a real boring choice....to realease that one.....just like Hampton 81 and Tokyo 90 were really boring
