Stockholm 1 April 1965
Radio interview backstage between the two shows at Kungliga Tennishallen (Royal Tennis Hall) in Stockholm 1 April 1965. After the presenter has finished talking in Swedish there's an interview with Charlie. You hear Keith and Bill jamming in the background (according to the presenter). Then the reporter speaks to the rest of the band one by one.

Mick Jagger interview, London, spring 1970

Keith Richards interview, Nice, 1971

Ian Stewart interview, Gothenburg, June 1982

Two of the interviews done by Tommy Rander. Once a singer in the Swedish pop band the Shakers in the 1960's.

From the last interview you can learn this: You shouldn't do interviews in a language you can't master.

Very cool, thanks for posting. Funny to hear Mick Jagger say he likes Satanic Magesties and really nice to hear Ian Stewart.

The Keith interview is great - thanks for posting these! Anybody have any idea where the "Rambler" playing in the background is from?

They tried Swedish first, but for unknown reasons Ian refused to cooperate.

Lol! That's right, Mathijs. Actually, Bill Wyman was interviewed in 50/50 English and Swedish on Swedish radio on that occasion (Gothenburg, Ullevi, 1982). Bill understands Swedish (well, some..) but he can't speak Swedish. Bill was married to a Swedish woman, Astrid, for quite some time. (Of course, he was unfaithful to her 2 000 times, but that's another story...)
