Check out Rolling Stones albums Wikipedia

Light The Fuse
Released: TBA
Label: Promotone BV
Format: Digital download exclusive to Google Music

I know it's Wikipedia - but could this be the next release?

Cheers

So... That makes 5, right? I think they have been chronological so far. Perhaps the 6th gig for download will be one that hasn't happened yet?

I so wish they'd release these things on vinyl.
I'm sure there'd be a viable market for it.

Why can't they release the amazing MSG show from 72? Or something from the 71 or 70 tours. Getting a little bored with all this stadium rock post 70s stuff now.

Which one? Each retains a particular appeal...

It was meant to be the fourth one. And presumably whoever wrote this was anticipating it based on posts on internet forums.

The almost total lack of interest in Light The Fuse was evident when it was rumored to be the next release a month or so back. The Stones themselves have released so much from the Bigger Bang tour. Even releasing the Tokyo concert was a bit disappointing. I don't think there's much interest in audio recordings post Wyman. At least not while there's so much better stuff yet to be mined.

Yep, but I think it will be released nevertheless ... but I still hope for a "big bang" with stuff the fans desire. There still are many shirts in the rs-webstore (archive) concerning 72 and even Roundhouse71 (besides 73, 75, 81, 89/90). I´ll stay positive, perhaps we will get something together with the upcoming documentary-dvd (audio-cd?) ....

Light The Fuse was recorded at a small club.

Then at least it should be a bit more intimate sounding. Loved the Double Door gig.

Light the Fuse will be a fun release. If for nothing else, that version of 19th Nervous Breakdown is gorgeous. Wish so much that they had kept that version in the setlist. That and Get Up Stand Up. And dangit how I can my company be the one filming the tour videos?!? I hate this sideways camera 1995 type crap that they used on the last tour.

If you dig up the original thread, there are two fantastic sounding pro-shot videos from the "Light The Fuse-gig". I think it was Mr. Pitiful and Get Up, Stand Up.
