"The Hits"?

What the hell does Rod think he's been playing all these years?

Let's see:

Rod's definitely been playing with the Misses all these years.

Rod's definitely been playing with the Mrs. all these years.

When he was playing the American songbook, Rod was missing all these years.

Rod hasn't had good hits since . . . .

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas - I hope.

You could complain about the artist.
You could complain about the city.
,,,but that venue has the finest indoor sound I have ever heard.

Every time I go to Las Vegas - usually to see the Stones - I walk trough the city and notice all the posters with names of "gone" stars from the 60's and 70's. Las Vegas is a museum. A time machine, where you can go and see the band and the performer you liked when you were young. Many years ago. Like we get some of the bands to Norway every summer. They play at summer festivals. Mungo Jerry. Mannfred Mann (they are actually still good!). Smokey (they are still very popular in Norway). Tony Bennett (I have seen him recently, part of a show with some real interesting performers), and so on. May be you can see Baccara and Alphaville and The Silver Beatles and who knows even Barry McGuire (he was actually one of my favorites late 60's). And now Rod Stwewart doing a zillion shows like Elton John and Celine Dion. I love Vegas!

It's a good show with a great band.

You won't mistake it for 1975, but if you are a Rod fan, i would recommend it if you are in town. It's the best you are gonna get from him.

Saw Tony Bennett in a show about 18 months ago...he did one song unaccompanied, acapella.

The room was huge but the acoustics were fantastic, as was Tony's vocal. Unbelieveable at any age.

Rihanna: 'Rod Stewart Is My Style Icon'

Rihanna's always loved a bit of dress-up and now we know the reason behind some
of her weirder outfits - stand up Mr Rod Stewart.

RiRi revealed the craggy rocker is one of her style icons in the new issue of
Company magazine, saying: "My style icons? Chloë Sevigny is so sick. The Olsen
twins are sick too. Debbie Harry, definitely, and Vivienne Westwood is top
notch!

"There are a couple of guys though – Johnny Depp’s style is just effortless
and, for me, Rod Stewart gets it right."
