Thanks I managed to find a promo copy of this one on ebay pretty cheap,from what I've heard of it so far it's pretty good.
Saw him a few times with Rockpile late seventies ,also saw him at Hammersmith Palais a bit later on with The Blasters as supporting act,and they blew everyone away,they were fantaastic been a fan of theirs every since.
Talk about your favorite band.

Hi guys,had a couple of recommendations for these 2
Eilen Jewell,
Hayes Kurll.
A fair amount of product by both around on the usual sites ,but nothing that is relatively inexpensive that I could take a punt on.
Also anybody know a good recent Nick Lowe effort.

Eilen Jewel's "Butcher Hollow" disc is all Loretta Lynn covers. It's excellent. Think I first heard about it here (or heard it first) on this board. Another reason to love IORR!
