The Rolling Stones In Rock'N'Roll's Hall Of Shame!
Date: January 12, 2012 02:35

This is HILARIOUS!

Rolling Stones: recorded song "Sympathy for the Devil" on Their Satanic Majesty's Request, objectionable album art (Goats Head Soup, Undercover, Tattoo You), bankrolled sect called The Process, made Satanic movie Invocation of My Demon Brother. Mick Jagger curses in God's name in the song 'Beast of Burden,' and in other songs.

If they're gona pray for anything tonight they should start by praying Madonna or her lawyers don't see this:

Jesus-is-savior.com.......Madonna: bi-sexual whore, sexual degenerate, promotes fornication, rebellion, and Satan worship. In the song, "Beautiful Stranger," she mentions the 'Devil,' calls him beautiful, and says "To know you is to love you."

So much ignorance on that page, but there are a few that popped out at me.

AC/DC: "Band-name AC/DC purportedly stands for Assault Christians Destroy Christians." Says who? I think they made that up as they were putting up the site.

One of their gripes about Frankie Goes To Hollywood is that they "Ruined Live Aid". They weren't at Live Aid.

Jimi Hendrix "hypnotizing people through music".

Silverchair: "song ‘israel’s son’ made 18 year old goth Brian Bassett murder his parents". Really? A song made him kill? Forget the fact that the prosecution proved that robbery was the motive for the killing, don't Christians believe they are responsible for their own actions, and judged by them? I don't know any sect of Christianity where you can write off a sin and say a song made you do it.

I really laughed when seeing that.

What I can't tell is if it's serious or a total mockery, especially with the facts they are highlighting being so fantastically wrong.

The artwork for Goats Head Soup and Tattoo You really "objectionable"? How in the world can that be? That has got to be a joke, that site.

Goats Head Soup, I don't know. Of course with these people it could be as simple as "Mick Jagger looks kinda gay".

As for Tattoo You, I'm assuming that stems from some hardcore Christians believing tattoos are a sin. The Bible actually says not to tattoo your skin. However it also says not to trim your beard, eat non-kosher meat, and many other things that most Christians do on a daily basis.

It does seem typical in that classic way that they blow things so out of proportion it's not even connected to anything real. They've "re"invented it.

It all started when the Stones did adverts for Rice Crispies... the Devil's own breakfast cereal.

I "found" this video couple days ago when I was searching stones videos and thought that there would be Anita's interview in it. I couldn't have been more wrong - No interview but this effing nonsense.
15:00 -> Robert Johnson, Brian Jones, Anita

knowing that these hypocrites "who can't get their facts straight" still exist makes me feel good because it means rock n' roll is still alive.

People who write this kind of stuff live in a world that's only 6.000 years old. They are 4.6 billion
years behind us in their development. Give them time to embrace the greatness of The Stones.

Just as long as the guitar plays, let it steal your heart away

My corporate browser told me it was "Out Of Business" scope. I feel so left out. I was looking forward to a good laugh! Sigh...

Now I guess I'll have to get back to work...

They can't talk about Elvis that way!!! He did more to promote Christianity than that bunch of tennis shoe cult members.

The only thing they got right was the domain name....and the bit about Bieber.
Where's my drink? I'm gone...
