Nowadays I am unable to open the "interactive material" on the old Stripped cd (1995). It contains rehearsals of Shattered and Tumbling Dice (Buenos Aires Febr. 1995) and Like a Rolling Stone (live at Paradiso, Amsterdam, May 27 1995). The last one is rather special and is as the Buenos Aires videos not to be found elsewhere. At You Tube you can find a fragment of Like a Rolling Stone:



Two questions:
1. Is there anyone who can tell me how to open the original "interactive material" (Windows95) on a modern (Windows7) PC?
2. Can we find the videos elsewhere, complete and in a good quality? Or cannot we request Universal Music, The Rolling Stones Official website or You Tube to broadcast this material that seems to go lost otherwise.

Hi Alex

I tried the CD ROM on my mac a while back and could not open that material. I'll try it on my wife's Windows laptop (XP Pro I think) and see if I can get at the files.

Just checked on my Windows 7 PC. It is NOT working. Checked with Windows Explorer and it only shows the music files.

Never worked, right from the beginning. Well, the Rolling Hansie post says it all. I didn't know about it.

Perhaps loading a "Win95-A" Image in a Virtual machine will do the job.

I might give it a try

i can't remember the details but I could not get them to twork when I bought it back in '95 but a buddy of mine somehow copied the material onto my computer back then and I was able to watch them that way. Of course that was many crashes ago LOL
