Same here. Sept. 11, 1989. It was a Tuesday, I was in high-school and my mom let me leave school early on Tuesday to drive up there and let me skip Wednesday - the only time she let that happen.

1995 Helsinki, Finland. The first time they got back to Finland since 1970. Seen them every time since in Finland. About 53000 fans, what a relief!

July 31, 1990 at Praterstadion (now Ernst Happel-Stadion) in Vienna, Austria. This was one of just a few rock concerts at that venue which actually sold out (56,000 in attendance), as well as the first outdoor/stadium show I ever saw by any group/artist.

My next door neighbor (neighbour) had a ticket for me to see the Stones on July 4, 1975 in Memphis, Tn. My mother would not let me go - I was eleven.
She felt so bad she bought me two tickets for $10 each for the June 1978 Memphis show. General admission, no seats on the floor and I was front row center. Worth the wait.

November 20, 1981 (age 15) at Cedar Falls, Iowa - Uni dome. General Admission concert - those were the days. Ticketmaster and assigned seats have really changed the concert going experience.
