Simon Mayo on Radio 2 just said Jagger isn't on until after 6 p.m. (that's 35 minutes from now) so whatever he's tweeting may be related to or covered in the interview.

It's not likely that anything of Stones-world-shattering importance would be getting announced in such a casual offhand way.

Looks as if Mick doesn't know when 5 p.m. GMT is either.

Pleasant enough interview on Radio 2 just now, but 90% about Superheavy plus 9.9% about the Some Girls release. Interviewer being Very Careful Indeed not to mention the "St...s Word" and Mick showing no evidence of any enthusiasm for either recording or touring with the "St...s" any time soon.

Yeah, but Mick did say that Ronnie and Keith are going to do some overdubs on the bonus tracks.

I wish there were at least one journalist who had the balls to ask the question we all want the answer to: "Will there be a Stones tour in 2012 or not?". What are they afraid of. Mick?

They've been asked this a few times, with the usual vague response.

Mick doesn't do live interviews and if he does slip up or doesn't like the end result,he is the editor,and no one else.

SOOooooooooo... maybe he meant tomorrow... or the next day at 5:00 GMT?
