1963 Radio broadcast release... Any info on this?

Does anyone know anything about this "Legendary 1963 Radio broadcast Rolling Stones Roll Over Beethoven"? Of course, the cover photo is from '72 or so, so that leaves me wondering what the *! this is all about. There seem to be a lot of these radio broadcast releases popping up recently from different artists. Anyway, this show-- Does anyone know what it is or what the track listing is?

We just had a thread about this. It's not a live 1963 broadcast, and supposedly the tracks are just taken off bootlegs.
