Just came across this on Facebook land. I'm sure it's been posted before here somewhere, it's an old ITN news vid that was YouTubed a few years ago. But, it's new to me and so I figure it's probably new to many of you. Enjoy!

I hadn't seen that before, either! (And I'm sure I'd have remembered the anchorwoman's voice if I had spinning smiley sticking its tongue out .) Great find, latebloomer. thumbs up

Seen that before, but it's pretty rare. Love seeing Brian having a ball.

Me too but yes it is sweet to see them enjoying themselves so much.
Keith arrived way late saying he got lost en route.

I think it was the opposite -- he was there at the beginning of this so called press conference, but had to leave early for some other event. Hence, there are pictures of the Stones including Keith posing with clean clothes but no Keith in the pie-throwing footage/pics.

Hmmm, looking at that picture now it looks like they are indeed slightly cluttered with cream. Brian and Mick has white spots in their faces. So Keith may have arrived late, as you said, With Sssoul.

Look at that coke on the table! eye popping smiley >grinning smiley<

Wasn't there something about Keith arriving late because
he'd just recovered from a bout of chicken-pox or was it measles .....

Hm I think that's a spurious measle, Rockman honey.
Keith didn't attend the press conference after the appeal of the Redlands case because he had chicken pox,
and the Maysles filmed him in 1969, but I don't think I've heard of any measle disrupting him in 68.
He was present and accounted for at the David Frost show six days before this press conference (wearing those same clothes),
and of course for the Rock & Roll Circus five days later, looking quite unmeasled.

Perhaps by then Keith's timekeeping was beginning to slip.

Didn't Tony Sanchez say Brian was so resentful towards Mick , that he kept smashing pie's in his face during that shoot?

Who are the people on the opposite side of the table? Journalists or people from Decca?

It was a buzzy month.. Keith, Mick, Anita too, took a cargo later from Lisboa to... just cannot remember the place in South America... Were invited with no choice to decline by a governor, who asked his aide-de-camp to dance on some twist songs to show how modern he was..
