Keith throughout his career has been amazingly diverse and inventive in his playing. His early playing on songs is so different from the slide period of the late 60s, and then all the other eras like his Leslie periodQuote

Keith played a wah through a Leslie on CYHTM. He played a Hi-Fli on TWFNO.

Sounds like Chorus, doesn't it? Pretty spaced-out sound on a country track

Fingerprint File doesn’t sound like a Leslie or an MXR phaser to me. I’d bet it’s the Hi Fli through a cranked amp.

I am not sure...all the sounds I have heard from the Hi Fli -I never played one- are more phase shifting than phasing, it's more space ship than thick leslie wobble.
I think Time Waits is the Hi Fli all over, I think the treble boost sounds and the dimension sounds on IORR album (like the solo's on If You Can't Rock Me and Ain't Too Proud) are all Hi Fli.
Fingerprint File is so thick, I would be surpised it is a pedal of any form. But of course studio trickery can do a lot.

Didn't Keith at times use both a Phaser and a Wah? At same time?
Did another guitarist ever do that? Back then in 70's , before F/X chains?
Jagger's f/x guitar is massive. You can hear how fat it is when it drops out for the first quiet section. and then comes blasting back in.
btw I always knew that it was Jagger on guitar. I saw earlier posts...
