Hank William's first recordings from 1938 due for release on Bear Family in September.
Possibly due to the recent massive 180g vinyl releases of Hank material on the DOXY label esp the single Montgomery and double Shreveport Sessions album sets it's a safe bet that Bear Family have dug deeper and unearthed more unreleased material and with Colin Escott's liner-notes steering the whole thing it's sure ta be a good one ......musically and historically .....

Quadrophenia boxset which is coming out in autumn/winter and Paul McCartney's Ram album which should be the next of his albums to be given the deluxe treatment.
But there are a number of great artists who have been generally ignored when it comes to be getting the remastered/deluxe 5.1 mixes/extra archive tracks and video content treatment.
One that immediately springs to mind is the Steve Miller Band - the CDs of the early years capitol years sound lousy. Actually there are also quite a few artists on Warner Brothers Records who could do with having their albums remastered and deluxed - Little Feat, Captain Beefheart, Alice Cooper, Joni Mitchell to name just a few.
