What tours did trumpet player Steve Madaio play with the Stones? I know he played with Stevie Wonder during the 1972 tour but did he also play on the Stones 1973 European and the 1975 Tour of America's?

But only the LA shows in 1975.

He also turned up on Street Legal and the 1978 tour by Bob Dylan, for that matter.
