OK, I listened (well, I knew the second one). Very faint resemblance, but then that's true of so many rock songs (and blues songs even more).

during the 40 licks tour the members of Kiss were interviewed at on of the stones shows in Australia. Paul Stanley explained how the song strutter was completely based on Jagger and the brown sugar riff and how Mick "struts". it appeared on the stones official website. will post if I can find it.
