The survey does not make any sense. Axl Rose is a loser and a joke.
He makes 1 record every 15 years. Jagger, Tyler and Springsteen should be in the top 10.

This poll is about the greatest lead singer, not the greatest frontman. Big difference. I mean Van Morrison is one of the best singers, but his stage act is very static.

So this poll assumes that Kurt Cobain is a bitter singer than Mick Jagger, that the dude of Muse, Ronnie James Dio and Bruce Dickinson(AHAH!) are all better singer than Mick Jagger.

There has never been a better "frantman than Mick Jagger" however there are better singers but the ones listed here are somewhat of a joke. Smokey Robinson in the 20's and Axl Rose first????? WTF????? Jim Morrison I like the guy but better than Jagger - Ah NO!!

What's your definition of a great singer? The one who can rich the higher note? someone who have perfect vibrato technic?

Assuming that, anyone from America's Got Talent is a better singer than Mick Jagger or Lou Reed or Jim Morrison or Iggy Pop. Even my singing teacher from my district is.

For me, Bruce Dickinson can park Mick Jagger's car.

thats a pretty ridiculous statement. of course you define who is a better singer by who has a better technique and range. same way you help to figure who is a better athlete by who has better stats. they don't give the gold medal to the guy who came in last just because he was more popular or a crowd favorite. the give the gold to the person who from better training and technique came in first. you are saying jagger is a better singer than guys who practically are singing opera over hard rock which is something jagger could never do. on top of that dio was roughly the same age as jagger and his voice was still solid enough to carry an entire concert without tons of backup singers
