There's been a lot of posts about the Stones not really caring about their fans so here is a story....On the night of the Toronto Phoenix show the Stones handed out a free pass for the show to each and every fan hanging around the rehearsal building! I'd like to say I was one of the lucky ones that got one but I wasn't, even though I'd been hanging around myself off and on. I can't recall now whether it was a wristband to get them into the show or an actual pass, but a friend of mine got one and so did everyone else. They immediately all ran off to the Phoenix to line up for the concert. The Stones didn't really have to do that but they did. Maybe someone on this board was one of the lucky ones and can tell us about it.

Guilt...but it passed quickly. He learned to compartmentalize and move on.

Two of them may have been mine. I got an email from the Fan Club winning 2 tickets to that show. I was to email them back to confirm or if not attending. Very sudden for a road trip NJ to TO and could not go.

I'm happy Light The Fuse came out!

I won two 'on the stage' tickets to the Toronto Rogers Centre show...I happened to be in Toronto that week so it worked out perfectly.

I was able to scalp the tickets for $190 (much lower than I thought and used a $450 floor seat I had bought before winning the tix.

At least it took the edge off the cost!
