I appologize, I thought the clip was of the movie! But is it the song. Yes, you can find a pretty good version on the 78 Rehersals Boot. And then there is the famous acoustic version as well, that is on many different boots. That version from youtube isn't all that bad quaility wise and the quality is very similar to the version I have from the rehersal boot.

That is the 1978 electric version from the 78 tour rehearsals. you can find it in excellent quality on many different releases. The VG release is 4 cds. It probably can be found right here for d/l if you use the search...
