There was an article about Jerry Hall, or maybe it was in her first book where she mentions she was at a party with Mick and Patti was there. Jerry was jealous because she knew the Mick had once had a crush on Patti. So I'm sure it's not because Mick didn't want to.

In any event, in Patti's book, she says that George was having an affair with Ronnie's first wife Chrissy. I think Patti and Ronnie were mostly trying to get back at them.
