Mick T was great because of Keith's playing. And Keith was great because of Brian. They brought out the best in each other. Enough said.

Purely soundwise, I mean; not going into the (possible) compatibility of their characters- nor the fact that they both play(-ed) 'lead'...

Good question - I don't think the personal chemistry would of happened so I would say no but it is only my opinion. Musically, there would be a chance that they hear each other and a spark did ignite. good question.
