Its available as a webcast. Managed to catch a bit of Social Distortion's set last night. Wish I'd known about it earlier.

^^^^ I was at the first two Lollapaloozas. Soundgarden played in the afternoon on the second tour, and it was still a year or two before they got well known. Nobody really payed much attention to them while they were playing and I remember thinking "Who are these guys recycling all these old Sabbath riffs?" Funny that they're headlining now.

DBT was great and Jimmy Cliff was fantastic. New Pornos were good and The Constellations were good early. The less said about Lady googoo the better, overrated tripe for teen girls who don't know any better.

i caught the end of social distortion last night followed by green day....
2nd time seeing them (first in '00 when i was injured by crowd). no injury last night. lots more crowd interaction by the band - including billy joe calling up an audience member to (badly) sing the entirely of "longview"...followed by BJ giving him his guitar afterward.
caught the end of cypress hill tonight followed by soundgarden reunion....first time seeing sg since 1988...wow...intense!!
i'm drop dead exhausted now!
