The bonus CD can't be considered a separate and independent album I guess. It's also not an integral part of the Exile On Mainst. album.

Anyway, Havo did well by changing the date to May 15, just before the release date smiling smiley.

having scanned very quickly thru the lists here, I'm surprised by how few votes Voodoo Lounge is getting, and also I do believe that I am the only one to officially count A Bigger Bang among their top 7, nevermind that it's in at #2...

Not very well received by most fans on this board. I like it myself, but not enough to include it on my top 7 list smiling smiley ABB is a nice album, too, way better than B2B, but not a top 7 album either, imo.

I'd be interested in knowing how many people don't have ALL the big four in their top 7.

No Beggars in my list..!

Well, I think those votes so far don't mean that Voodoo or other newer albums aren't any good. (Btw. to me f.e. Bridges to Babylon was a very good album!)

But the Stones did so many great records in their long carreer and if you can only pick 7 of them, some of the later ones may get overlooked or are just not as good as the best of their stuff!
There are just too many of them!

Re: Your top 7 Stones-albums--official releases

Seems like the question really is: what other two albums except for the Big 5?

Damn - I did mean to vote too though:

- Exile
- Sticky Fingers
- Ya-Yas
- Banquet
- Let it Bleed
- Hitmakers
- Buttons

It is interesting to see how many folks rate Bridges so high. It is cool. A great album and one of Keith's favorite later day ones. He comments as much on the youtube clip from his website.
