OT: My daddy's just died

My dear dear dad has just died completely out of the blue and it's the saddest thing that's ever happened in my life. Not only was he my dad but we were best friends as well and it's hard to know I'll never see him again. He was my inspiration and did so much for me. He was a great jazz pianist too and gave me my love of music.

I lost my Dad in 2003. You never get over it, but it does get easier. I remember all the times we had together and that makes it easier also.
