Rolling Stones in new Playboy ranking

The new (January '09) issue of Playboy (I read it strictly for the articles>grinning smiley<) contains a ranking called "The 55 Most Important People in Sex" ... and the Stones are at #7 (ahead of many other celebs including Madonna and Elvis).

Next to a great photo of Mick (circa 1975), the following caption appears:

"More than any other band, the Stones infused a primal, sweaty sexuality into popular music. While Mick Jagger sang about the joys of 'Brown Sugar' the Stones' early competition on the charts serenaded meter maids. So who's still with us?"

Happy Holidays to all!

Drew

LOL

#1 Alfred Kinsey
#2 Dr John Rock (brought us the birth-control pill)
#3 Hugh Hefner
#4 Alex Comfort (wrote 'The Joy of Sex')
#5 Marilyn Monroe
#6 Monica Lewinsky (To quote Playboy again, "Had President Bill Clinton not left a stain on Lewinsky's dress and his presidency, Al Gore would almost certainly have won the 2000 election. That means the U.S. would not have invaded Iraq, killing thousands and spending nearly a trillion dollars there. Lewinsky's seductive flute playing changed the course of history.")

Cool...........

One of my friends has every issue of playboy since it's inception.....it's a lot of fun to look back through the years. His father started it, and he's keeping the tradition going..
