It says 'an auntie or two'. Any confirmation that it was Mick's auntie? Whatever, she's certainly a good looking auntie. Where were the pix taken?

By the way, Little Feat's Sailing Shoes album - a band the Stones were known to dig - which also came out in May 72, features exactly the same kind of sequence of photos with slight changes in every frame. If I can remember correctly they both had dry ice/smoke in them and the band dressewd as gangsters. Surely too much of a coincidence??? Not sure who the photographers were.

No, Bill wasn't there during the original photo session. The pictures were later reworked to include Bill's face.

One of the original picture can be seen on "Taxile On Main Street" 2LP bootleg.

Well thats ok, then. Obviously there were no available photos from that era with the five of them all together which could be used to promote the reissue of their career highpoint. Perfectly reasonable.
