he's probably just showing up and reading a prepared script.
How long does his show run? Maybe it'll get better. Although I do think it's funny as a guy - to hear another guy talk about how this particular chick wants him. It's like - I don't know - rocknroll
He leaves the part out where he tells Fats that he used to play I'm Walkin on that record player, and his mother said that it didn't have a proper ending, it just went on and on and the sound just faded out because the engineer turned the knob down.Quote
his story about Fats Domino was so charming! really.
Thanks, mate. You're a star.
Yeah that's the first show I made it all the way through without turning it off.LOL. It was fun listening to him and Slash plaing a little bit of Hey Negrita. Even if he didn't remember which key it was in. Slash's stuff sounded good as well.Quote
Show #9 was his best show to date:
- Slash (and Myles Kennedy) as studio guests
- trading licks on air with Slash (Hey Negrita, Ooh La La)
- playing an unreleased track from his upcoming soloalbum (Sweetness)
I really appreciate his radio show. Thanks strettonbull for your great work!
