One of my nephews friends cousins once planted a tree in Jaggers garden. He said it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, although Jagger was not there...

Not really outside the industry, but sort of...

a 2nd cousin of my wife owns antique rail cars that they rent out for private parties. The Stones organization called to book a train car for a party during the Steel Wheels Tour. After the staff secured the train, Jagger himself called to make sure the details were just as he wanted them. Evidently, Mick is a train buff. The cousins attended the party and said Ronnie was real nice and friendly (and drunk) and spent quite a bit of time discussing antique trains with them.

Jagger-Richards-Watts would have their "people" arrange the help for them.

Ronnie would take the do-it-yourself approach and likely quit.

That's my guess anyway.
