Anyone remember when the Stones appeared live via satellite at the MTV Music Awards in 1997? Sheryl Crow interviewed the four of them sitting in a bar up in Canada during their tour rehearsals.

At one point, Sheryl asked Mick if he would be willing to collaborate with Puffy Daddy (P. Diddy now), and Mick replied, "Puffy? Only if he gets his teeth fixed."

The audience laughed and Puffy flashed a grin showing his "grill" at the time.

The funniest part was the look on Ronnie's face after Mick said it...he looked very confused and mouthed "Whaaaa..."

Keith was also hammered and mumbled a few things. It was an amusing evening.

I remember it well. Top of their game.
