An audience with Bill Wyman

18th October, Eastdate Arts Centre, Peebles (15 miles south of Edinburgh in the Scottish Borders).

AN AUDIENCE WITH BILL WYMAN

7.30 p.m. Drinks in the studio, a chance for people to see Bill Wyman’s photographic exhibition.

8 p.m. Colin Somerville of BBC Radio Scotland to interview Bill Wyman about his career with the Rolling Stones, his love for the music that inspired his Blues Odyssey, his new found 'career' as a photographer and his passion for history and metal detecting.

A Q & A session as integral part of this evening. Like the “Audience with” series on BBC TV where Colin will ask pertinent questions so that the BBC can record it, with room for audience questions. This show will be recorded for broadcast later in the year.
After the show there will be a buffet in the studio, Bill will be on hand to “Meet and greet.” There will be works available to buy and Bill will be happy to sign copies.

Got my ticket (£45 - to help a theatre struggling financially) - just thinking about the questions which might be asked....

Ask him if he miss playing with the Stones.
Ask him how he liked Norway - 17 shows this month.
Ask him if he is doing more shows in Europe.
And best gretings to Bill... great guy really,
both a star and still very friendly and polite always.

Ask Bill what he thinks of Darryl Jones.
And thank him for all his terrific basslines through the years - he was an unreplaceable element in Rolling Stones.
