Which show will be the suprise special?

If it't true and they are planning a suprise I wonder if it will be all 3 O2 gigs or the last? I am going to the first one so I'm hoping I won't miss out, after hearing the news that this will more than likly be the last tour they'll have to do something special!

Mick Taylor & Bill Wyman appearances would be cool. How about a Brian Jones hologram? Was Ian Stewart cryogenically frozen? Prop him up at the keyboard and have puppet strings attached.

Concerning the song-list this last European part of ABB tour was quite a disappointment to me !
I hoped for some more changes and 1 or 2 new ones from BB album.
But they often seemed a bit tired to me and no real surprises.

So I doubt there will be much going on in London. Perhaps at least one new surprising song !?!
Nevertheless I'm still considering flying to London for 3. gig.
Maybe the last time . . ?!

They will do the same tiring set they been doing for the last few years with minimal changes. Satisfaction will end it all.

Or maybe it'll be The Last Time.

I don't care what they play, I've been going to their concerts since 1970 and have enjoyed them all and have been just as excited about seeing them every time. Whatever they play will be good enough for me, I'm sure it'll be brilliant, just as it was the last time I saw them last year at Cardiff and Twickenam

If this is the last time they play (hope not) I will have many lasting memories.

All this talk about them getting too old to tour, Bill's 70 and he's still touring!

No one is making shit up, as you call it. BUT nobody really knows if this is the final tour except the band and a few close to them. I havn't said that they're finished, just saw one of the best shows by them a few weeks ago.
I just feel that it's about time and I think the band feels the same. They wouldn't like to go on another tour just for the money, in case they couldn't deliver another great show. Mind you...they've got their legacy as the greatest rock'n'roll band to care about and if they continue past the time where they don't deliver the greatest show, then it would be very very sad. I wouldn't like that to happen.
If it's end, so what? We've still got the records, the DVDs, 100s of bootlegs and all the fantastic memories :-)
Life goes on even without the Stones for many of us, and there's no need to get angry or sad because it ends. It will someday...maybe in a weeks time or maybe they'll do another tour, BUT it'll be over soon.
It's been a hell of a long time and I for one don't want them to end as a freak show. I want them end as the greatest rock'n'roll band in the f****** world :-)

Well, I don't know. Being an old Beatles-fan I would say, that he should have packed it in years ago.

Perhaps Paul will pop up at the end of the show at the O2 and sing a Beatles song with Mick using a looped Beatles backing track as in sympathy.

Yerr and have a couple of cardboard cutouts of John and George standing at the back of the stage, what a great finale.

I think all 3 shows are going to be emotional for them in one way or another.

Thinking about the 2 Twickenham shows last year... The first one of a series in the same venue is the one the Press will be at, and the one they will base their reviews on. So at TW1 they pulled out some unexpected songs (Sway I think caused the most excitement among the setlist-watchers) but the band were a bit on edge and it was TW2, when they were more relaxed, that was the better performance and the more enjoyable show for me (yes, I know there was a lot of disagreement about this at the time).

I think the "surprise special" might well be the 21st - but the other two shows will be the ones with the fantastic atmosphere and the band enjoying themselves.
