Tickets from Ticketmasters

Hi everyone!
Is there a way to put the pressure on Ticketsmaster to receive the tickets for the O2 show now or during the month of July?
I am sure part of us will be in holiday during august and we might be out of town when tickets will be deliver! and then we could have trouble to get them 2-4 days before!!
Why are they waiting so long, even if we all know there is a black-market anyway!!!

When Ticketmaster mailed out misprinted tickets for the '03 Wembley Arena show, I was able to get a TM manager on the phone who expedited my new tickets for me.

Since I was traveling from the U.S., I did not have time to return the bad tickets and wait for new ones like they wanted.

If you have a travel situation that won't allow you to wait for your tickets, maybe this is something you can do. Sorry, I did not keep TM's phone number, but I seem to remember their office being located in Manchester. Hope this helps.

Indeed, I wouldn't mind getting them this month. I got those for Slane Castle already a long time ago.
But I guess there is nothing we can do except waitng

From the TM website:

---------------------------------

Phones

Ticketmaster's telephone booking service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our phone system provides detailed informational messaging as well as a highly trained and dedicated staff.

To make a credit card booking, call:
0870 154 4040 - UK Customers
00 44 161 385 3500 - International Customers

Also:

-----------------------------------

What is the contact telephone number for customer services?

Answer

We suggest that you search our extensive online knowledge base by using the above 'search' box before contacting our Customer Services department by phone to see if a suitable answer to your query can be found. If you cannot find a suitable answer after searching you can submit a question to us by clicking on the above 'Ask a Question' tab and one of our Customer Service agents will respond to you as soon as possible.

To speak with an Customer Services agent call 08444 999 999 between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

-----------------------------------------------

STRONGLY suggest you phone them, it's the only way you'll get any joy. My own experience of contacting the buggers by e-mail is that by the time they reply ... the show will have been and gone !!

Good luck

Keep in mind, I had to get through to a manager to get my problem resolved.

You'll have to call during office hours, probably 09:00-17:00 local time.
