Can someone send me a template to use to create CD cover artwork, or TELL ME how to create them? Many thanks!!!!

Use paintshop pro to resize your photo and then Adobe Photo Deluxe to add the text to it.
For size, use approximately 12.2 cm (wide) x 12 cm (height) for front covers (12 x 12 is also OK) and approximately 15.18 cm x 12 cm for back covers.
