Posted by: StonesTod ()
Date: November 18, 2006 04:49

1) JJF, it's a predictable gas, gas, gas
2) IORR, but it hasn't been as good since the studio version
3) She Was Hot (I'll take their word for it)
4) Loving Cup - ah, now we're talking
5) SOL - all good things must come to and end, but this is cruel
6) Ain't Too Proud to Beg - and we're not for more like this
7) All Down the Line - bust another bottle, yeah
8) Tumbling Dice
9) You Got the Silver

there are either technical problems getting the setlist into shidoobee or this is the longest version of IORR on record by a fair distance....

Hard to imagine that this late in the tour they are going to do something overly unpredictable.

That having been said, they really have come up with some nuggets this last leg--perhaps motivated by the filming, but still how many of us at the begining of the tour could have predicted things like "Sway", "She Was Hot", "Worried About You"

pretty good if you think about it fairly.

I think Vegas had the best recent set list. SHE WAS HOT and SWAY on the same night (all that was missing was LOVING CUP and AS TEARS GO BY and it would have been KILLER !!!)

loving cup (sans Jack White - the only version of the like on the tour) being the only particulary noteworthy tune.

Wow, GREAT set!
Is this the first time they played She was Hot AND She's so Cold in the same set?

Similar themes but at the same time they contrast. Maybe they can play those two consecutive back-toback sometime?

Yes, there were technical problems in hearing the set list from the concert.
I think that should be about right now. :-)

I do believe there was one show or perhaps two that had both the Hot and the Cold.

That's for sure...sorry for all the folks that were expecting AC to be "full of surprises"....more of the same is all we should expect these days

how can you say great set, just a standard set after what they pulled last month,
at least they could have thrown another nugget in , did mick at least apologize, even though it would have been phony

Predictable?

SWH
LC
ATPTB
ALD
Connection
YGTS
UMT

And others

Funny that they only have to play a song 5 times and then it's predictable. You want a new song every bloody concert. Vultures.

Yes. You Got The Silver has been played at every show of the Fall leg, except in Austin, so yes it is very predictable.
