Well the boys are back on the stage tonight. In my hometown (or at least close to it). I am on vacation, it's my birthday and I got a hot date tonight. Now all I need is a kick ass show from the Stones.
Since it has been a week since the beacon shows, and almost 2 weeks since any other shows, any ideal what we can expect tonight. Any set list spoilers? Anybody sneak a peek at the plexiglass?
For all my past bitchin & moanin, I got that old feeling of excitement, when I am about to go see a Stones show!

Ron grieving for his brother... Mick worried about his father
- doesn't bode well for the greatest show ever.

You will get your kick ass show. I bet they will open on Paint It Black.

I hope keith stays with Connection even though T & A is a great one. They could almost give him a 3 song spot and let Mick rest a bit more.

Getting closer to sold out. Between discounted tickets, and radio station giveaways, it should be close to full.
I know these may not be the best circumstances, with ron's brother having passed away, and mick's dad sick. But if there was anyplace to forget about your worries, it is on stage.
That is not being selfish, but everybody keeps saying, "pass it on". These guys have seen, done, and been through everything in their lives.
I think they will come out with a chip on their shoulder with something to prove.(at least I hope so)

there's a chance someone might have some comp tix for me - guess I couldn't pass up a freebie, but the only money in my wallet right now is earmarked for bridge fare to get home. So, my upper cap on a ticket right now is fixed at exactly $0.00

I should also point out that my situation and attitude might be much different at the moment had it not been for the totally unexpected beacon experience i'm coming off of. both the money spent on that "freebie" plus the experience of seeing that particular show make spending money on this garden variety show less than "necessary."

This is the show my 52 year old brother is going to -- his first Stones show ever and the one to whom several of you sent welcome messages. Thank you. He also got messages from Shidoobeans, but not as many.

But far more important than that is your reference to sneaking a peek at "the plexiglass" -- pay heed to your near blasphemous reference, or should I say your lack of respect as painfully evident in your improper use of case -- it should be written Plexiglass with a capital P.

I will consider it an oversight if you do penance. It was actually rather heartening and exciting to see your nascent connection to the Plexiglass. If you believe, it may not be necessary at all to physically behold the Plexiglass, spritual union and connection may suffice and reveal the Sacred Set List. Ponder that.

Having said that, it is most exciting and transforming to actually visually behold the Plexiglass. This is True.

In any event, I hope you have a good time along with my brother.

Have fun tonight guys - Tim's bro, and ST if he goes, although with all the taunting, it would be just like Tod to skip it just to prove a point to us. That's classic Tod.
