best=Sinatra/Springsteen
worst=Bon Jovi

Best: Yngwie J Malmsteen or Europe
Worst: don't know.

it's like a who's-who of 60's R&B/R&R

London experienced the strongest burst of artistic energy ever back then. It was never topped I think.

i was really referring to a particular area of outer, SW London,
but i take your point, about the city in general and it's
importance in the growth and development of 60's music.

At times, its almost a pity that this part of the world is relatively peaceful now, because theres a strong case for shooting this pair for crimes against music...
