You bet! I emailed
support@rollingstones.com on Saturday about it. Got an automatic reply saying they would respond within 3 business days. No word yet but there's still time. Tickmaster say they've passed the details on. I would try rs.com first.
This is totally unprofessional but is anyone really surprised?
