My third show ever, the Steel Wheels stage made the whole thing
a new experience (compared to the Urban Jungle stage). Seeing them
as a Westgerman in East Berlin on the day the wall was built (1961)
in a time when the walls fell...great!
Great show in an overwhelming period of time (Perestroika)!

..and this day was soo hot. I remember the running to enter the front row was just killing me. The next day with thunderstorms, but great concerts and fantastic memories

Didn't make that one Too Tough but I saw the Roger Waters show at Potsdammer Platz. One of the most memorable shows I ever attended. And yes, it was really hot then too. (Und wir hatten nur Biere und Schnapps mitgebracht. Mensch hatten wir ein durst am Ende!)

I remember it as hot and dusty - like a freakin' sandstorm.
at the time I had no clue where Weissensee was, so I was a bit late and only made to the side of the mixing tower. enjoyed the impressive stage though.

the concert the next day, 14.08.1990, was my first concert ever. will never forget that day!
